The aftermath of infidelity.
"Should I stay or go?" That is the question… or is it?
After an affair, everything narrows to one question. Stay or go. It feels like the entire future depends on getting that answer right, and fast.
That's understandable. The ground has moved and you want footing again. But that question, asked alone, tends to spin. You argue both sides at 3am and wake up no closer.
In the chaos of the aftermath, you lose sight of the real work. What the affair uncovered about you. About the person you were before things got blown apart. About who you may become.
Stay or go is the question on the surface. Underneath it is a harder, more useful one.

The work underneath the question
Whatever you decide about the relationship, there is a version of you to come back to. That part is yours to keep. This is individual work, and it can start before anything is resolved.
