Come home to yourself.
For thoughtful adults who have spent years holding everything together, and are finally ready to discover what's underneath.

The outside looks fine.
You're not completely falling apart. You're functioning. Performing, even. Some aspects of life may feel a little less than desirable, but it's good enough.
But something underneath the surface keeps asking for attention. Maybe not loudly, but it's there. Like a hum or an itch.
You've tried to manage it. You're kind of great at managing things, actually. You've read some books. Done some journaling. Talked to the people you trust. And none of it is reaching the thing that's actually there.
The signal persists.
What I do
I work with self-aware adults who've spent years being the one who holds it together. The person everyone leans on. The one who figured it out themselves.
Somewhere along the way, you stopped checking in with what's underneath all that holding. That's where we start.
This isn't about fixing yourself. It's not about strategies or tips or learning to manage your feelings better. It's about meeting the parts of you that have been running things without your permission. For the first time.
I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) because it takes you inward. Not into your head. Into the places your head has been keeping you away from.

Who this is for
You're probably in your late 20s to late 40s. You're in some kind of transition. Career. Relationship. Identity. Something shifted and the way you've been handling things isn't working the way it used to.
You're not in crisis, but you're restless. Curious, with a sense of readiness. And maybe a little apprehensive about what you'd find if you actually went in.
You've likely been sitting with "something feels off" or "I'm tired of this" for months. Maybe longer. You're reading this at 11pm and something about it makes you stop scrolling.
That's a start.
Three doorways
People find their way here through different experiences. These are the three I see most.
What working with me is actually like
This might sound like a strange thing for a therapist to say. But I'm not going to give you advice. I'm not going to tell you what to do.
I'm going to walk beside you into the terrain you've been navigating around. I've been here before. Not your version of it. But the territory… I know how it moves.
You'll go inward. You'll notice things. You'll meet parts of yourself you didn't know were running things. And at some point, something will shift. Not because I made it happen. Because you were finally in there with someone who learned to hold it.
People describe the moment it lands as "this is so weird, but." That's my favourite sentence in a session. Resonant and unexpected. It means we're in.
Above all, you can be real here. Really. You can be you. And you can learn who that is now.
The next step
If something on this page made you stop. If you read it and thought "that's me." That's the signal. You don't need to have it figured out. You don't need to be ready. You just need to notice that you're here.
